so ive swapped a b16a2 into my 93 ex coupe and i just need help picking axles,
the axles which came out of my D16z6 had no intermediate shaft all. there was nothing there, and all the B series axles that ive been seeing lately all look like they require an intermediate shaft. so my question to you is...Which B series axles will properly fit onto my ex coupe with a b16?

any 94-01 integra axles is what you need... including that intermidiate shaft you speak of ;-)

B16 axles. Or B18, really. 99-00 Civic Si, Del Sol vtec, or Integra should work. I'm running Civic Si axles myself.

Are you saying that you didn't get an intermediate shaft with your swap? If not, you need one. B series axles (at least the ones I bought) are identical left to right. If I remember right, D series transmissions don't run an intermediate shaft, they just have 1 long axle and 1 short one. Can't use them on B series.

If you didn't get an intermediate, you should be able to junkyard one from any 94-01 Integra.

thanks maaan,will the intermediate shaft fit bolt up just the same as it does in the integra???

yes it willl.... but be careful because theres 2 types of intermediate shafts.... either will work fine... but you will have to get the driver side axle that matches since theres a male and female version.

any b series axle will work but has to match the half shaft....cable trannies have different shafts so cable halfshaft must have DA axles. and hydro will need any DC or SI axles

I've got a DA half shaft and i have some used 94-01 axles that are good. You could run a DA half shaft and driver's side axle and DC passenger side...
