1. Pop the hood from inside the cabin
2. Unlatch the hood
3. Prop the hood up
4. Get a friend to hold the other side
5. Take a 3/8 drive 10mm socket (I believe its 10) and loosen up the bolts (2 per side) attached to the bracket
6. Toss the wrench to your friend and have him do the same
7. Take off the hood and lay it on the ground (use somthing to rest it on)
Installing goes pretty much the same way, line it up and install the bolts. Done!

Nailed it. Do that and you will be fine. There is nothing more to it unless you want to add more people to the job. lol

Haha yeah, you could switch it up and have two people hold it while one loosens

Don't take the brackets off the car. Take the brackets off the hood. Then just bolt the new hood to the brackets ON the car.

If you don't have new brackets (yes) if you do and you want them on (no)
EDIT: Yes it is extremely easy to do. (I wish everything else was like that lol

Re: (hkboy87)
what I would do if i were you is get 2 buddys to help you, pop hood and prop it up, lay blankets on each fenders just to be safe, as well as put 2 layers of masking tape alll the way around the hoods edges. Then remove the 4 10mm screws, and the hood will be free, assuming you disconnected the windsheild washer lines
