help me-I have no reverse!!!

help me-I have no reverse!!!
my car will not go in the reverse gear, not even when its off, someone told me it could be the fork but the fork only pushes the pp on the clutch, I changed my tranny fluid and no metal came out the oil was still new, I did do a burn out in reverse just before it went out

there is more then one fork... i do believe there is 3 internal forks in the trans... or maybe there is only 2.. and the forks help select the gears... jus a guess
