Help me figure out the correct ECU setup for my civic
I have a 98 Civic HX with a 94 b18c1, mods include:
short ram intake
skunk2 intake mani
ls headers
type r throttle body
jank exhaust system with no cat
aem adj cam gears
aem stage 1 cams
titanium valve springs/retainers
port & polished head
ohter misc junk
i have a type r header (hopefully it fits) and rsr exmag cat back to install this weekend, and i am still running the stock (for the motor) p72 ecu. i was wondering if i should chip this, swap it out for the p28 or what... please help i know someone out there knows a hell of a lot more about ecus that i do!

Well unless you're talking about a JDM 98+ 4-1 type-r header first thing I'd do is get a real header. Secondly I've never heard of AEM cams/valve springs/retainers...please enlighten me. And ECU wise, you're going to make the most power with a programable engine management unit like Hondata, AEM EMS, or Uberdata, so I'd go that route.
