Default help for lower power problem

i can start the car fine everything is basically brand new on the car except when you drive you wont get enough power and unless you tap the gas pedal a couple times you cant hold down on it but u can drive it while tapping the gas alot but when it gets around about 30 mph it can drive fine like on the FREEWAY IT DRIVES PERFECTLY FINE but on low rpm it just has no power.

What do you mean everything is brand new on the car? Honda stopped making EK and EG Civics 11+ years ago.

Tapping the gas pedal is required to move the car? Is your throttle body/throttle cable connected correctly? TPS sensor calibrated?

What car is it? What motor is it?

More info please.
