HELP!: Installing camshaft on d16y8 engine
OK, i've got bunch of questions but here goes the breakdown:
1. A few reliable sources told me I could use a Z6 stock cam gear for the aftermarket camshaft on my d16y8 (since the camshaft was made for the Z6)
I assume this is correct, now how do I install the camshaft on the engine now?
2. If i just install a regular aftermarket cam for my engine, do I HAVE to degree the cam or not? If yes, how do i do it?
3. HOw do i install a cam on my engine?

Dont have specific answers for you.
But get the helms manual, it will be the best thing you can get if you plan on doing your own engine work.
