im haveing the same prblem i rebuilt my motor d15 and i dont have power tot he injectors or spark.check all your grounds,alt fuse,fuel injector relay(under dash driver side grey box)and how do you know your not getting power tot he injectors.

Check to make sure you have spark first, the PCM will cut the fuel until it knows there is spark to ignite it.
Turn the key in the ON (II) position and check for 12V at the BLK/YEL wire on your distributor harness, also check some other no spark threads in here, I've done a lot of writeups on this subject.

i went over everything we ran two wires to all my injectors one for power and one for ground. we gave it a on off kinda deal and it almost fired up. we hooked up two wires an a light in the harness to figure if we were getting power you can also use a niod light
