HELP? im smokin!
alright, i know this is gonna sound pretty st00pid....got a b18c1, its been losing a lot of oil, but it dosent leak it on the ground...usually dosent make smoke when driving normally but when i get on it and run VTEC up, it starts blowing black+white smoke...one of my friends even said he saw blue smoke 
please help? not sure where to start looking...

Well thats not good. Try and get a compression test done and post the numbers you get. Blue or grey smoke usually means burning oil.

Compression test, leakdown test. If those are good, try replacing the O2 sensor, you may be running right. If your compression and leakdown are good and you are still consuming oil, it could be either your oil control rings are bad or valve seals.

if its white smoke it means your headgasket is blown or partially leaking, if its more torwards black then its usually your o2 sensors out fo whack and usually making it run rich, as far as burning blue that means burning oil obviously which could even be your rings, like it was said before doa compression test on all 4 cylinders and you can go from there

OK, here are teh results from the compression test, i cranked teh motor over 4 times to get these numbers, #1-#4: 180, 165, 175, 180 (psi)...valve seals? piston rings?

UM, mostly at high RPM's (i know VTEC eats some oil, but there is A LOT of black when it kicks), but it has been burnin more and more oil lately...its still not leaking, and i have been takin it easy (shifting before 4K everytime); yet it has still lost over 1/4 quart of oil in just a few weeks...anyone know what low compression could mean? also, when i pulled teh spark plugs all four of them where white all over the tips...

ok, just ordered some new valve seals...hopefully get them done saturday (also hope that they are the one and ONLY thing causin this... )
