you have to mesure the resistance, and it is an LS (like everyone already said) because the top leg goes straight up to the flat side of the cap (which the z6 or dx DO NOT DO) but ya u have to mesure the resitance and what will tell you if the sensors inside the distro are work, which means the distro does work. so u need a meter and the specs which are in the helms and haynes chilton etc.....sorry i dont have em.... |

Re: help identifying a distributor.. (92b16vx)
the 92-93 tegs arent obd1 are they? i never knew that, i thought they changed to obd1 in the body change, 94. i know this is civic forum, but i would consider a b18a1 if hey are obd1. i just know their cheaper. can someone clarify?

Re: help identifying a distributor.. (smithenhiven)
what are the previos to 88's, are they OBD anything?
|
Re: help identifying a distributor.. (darkcvc)
obd0, pre-obd, or non obd started in 85. There has been discussions on pre-obd, because Its not really obd at all for the simple fact it doesn't have an on board diagnostics.

Re: help identifying a distributor.. (JCracer723)
i was always told a good way to tell obd0 from obd1 was the color of the plugs. white plugs-0, grey plugs-1 i had a 92 4dr ls and it had white plugs. so im confused, sorry, not trying to jack the thread or anything.
