i need help to identify the the part that goes were the bolt is at any info or part number would help

Use any online Honda parts dealers. They should have a diagram with part numbers and such for whatever part you're looking for.

If I'm looking at that correctly, I think that's where your thermostat fan switch is supposed to go.

Stating what motor this is would VERY helpful. My initial thought was the same as "jbpnoman" but it looks too small. Plus I think I see it peeking out at the bottom left hand of the shot.
