Re: help here (dorkjoey)
I BELIEVE what you want is to unplug the entire O2 sensor unit so you can remove it from the car. You follow the cord from the top of the O2 sensor itsself and it should lead into the floor board at some point. there is a *bung* there that just pops out that allows you to access the plastic connector. then just pinch and pull apart.

Re: (dorkjoey)
On most of those plastic plugs there is a clip underneath that you have to push down on and then slide the plug off and then you can disconnect the o2.

Re: (dorkjoey)
dude hose it down with some penetrating oil of some kind and let it marinade 4 a few. go burn one or take a nap under the car. i have a o2 socket its huge u can get a deep well thats just deep enuff and take a grind wheel and slit the side of the socket so the connector and wire hang out.

Re: (dorkjoey)
big *** wrench?? just sack up and do it it's gonna suck but hit it with the pb blaster, let it sit and take the wrench to er, if grinding on the socket worries you, either get a cheapo one you don't care about and cut it or just get the O2 socket
