help: Hatch is squeling like a pig
I've searched and looked at a lot of threads about this problem and it seems that a common answer is the alternator belt. But mine isnt a constant squeal or anything, its random, at all different speeds, rpm's, and what not. It never does it at start up. It almost sounds like its coming from the far right but i dont know. Any help would be cool, thanks.

The A/C is not on when it does this, its a bit too cold here for that right now. But I have yet to check the belts to see if they are worn or loose. I suppose I should do that asap, I just wanted to see what everyone thought. Thanks.

Yeah, my initial guess would be to check the belts and make sure they're tight.

Re: (JdmEGHatch6)
the noise is probably your brake pads vibrating,if the pads are not worn to the point they need changed just pull them out clean them with brake cleaner(backside only) then apply some disc brake quiet made by permatex, several thin coats will do.clean your caliper off to cause the d/b quiet will become a sticky barrier that will help keep them badboys quiet.this may not completely stop all noise but it will reduce it dramatically.you should also do this when putting on new brakes!
