yeah hr race slams the car and tucks the tires, you need 195-50-15 if you dont already have them and if you still rub cut some fender, but usually hr race with 195-50-15 does not rub...

my tires must be too big cuz im pretty sure they are like 195-60-15. yeah when i turn the wheel the tire rubs hard core on the wheel well im assuming. The sound is very distinct as if it was on the plastic not on the acutal fender. its just in the front and i put the shocks on the stiffest setting to prevent more rubbing but even when i hit bumps my front tires bounce up and rub on the wheel wells. im pretty sure my back tires are doing pretty good through all this. Lower tires seem to be the trick but i just bought the suspension so i cant just pull that out of my ***.

yeah your 195/60-15" is too big

195/55-15" is what it should be for a 97-00 Civic

ehhh, not really, 195/55/15 is the stock em1 size, most people run 195/50/15

Why not run 205/150/15? Do you have a pic of the height?

that tire is still smaller than what he is running now...

don't you mean 205/50-15 thats a wider tire...

imo, before you run anything.. check out the wheel and tire section...

read this: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1188922

and follow the links to the tire size calculators...
going +/- 3% in size from oem, isn't recommended.. messes up your speedo, and braking performance.

like bpro422 and everyone else, you're going to have to go down the the height. with the 60 you're getting a bubble/bulging effect. which in turn is giving you that rubbing when you hit bumps. 55 is stock and well make your tire more rounded. 50 would be even better. you could run 205 but you run the chance that your square out your tire, and you might need to roll your fender. so if you go with a 195/50, you'll have a nice rounded off tire and you might not have to roll your fender.

on another note, you could get/buy if you have the money to adjust your camber. if what your saying is that it's only really rubbing the inside, a little less camber well cure this too.

I run H&R springs on my EM1 with 17" wheels, i have 205/40/17 tires but the wheels have a 37mm offset. no rubbing to report so far, so i think it could be your tires. It is very low though

pretty much, HR Race springs tuck sick, especially with stock struts. i had them on with 205/50/15 tires, i rubbed on full turn sometimes, but i had a blown strut too, your tires are probly stock, so there too fat. replace with 195/50 and youll be BUTTA!
