help with GSR dash!!
we are trying to fit a GSR dash into a 92 Hatch. One problem is we cant find all the connectors. We have them coming from the dash, but can find where they go on the car. It looks to me like they are the connectors coming from the hazard lights and such and the clock. Also the sides of the dash dont seem to want to fit over the metal brackets on the car. It looks like the dash has already been cut where the air vents are. A plastic piece on the GSR dash is hitting the metal bracket. does the GSR dash need to be cut in places other than the airvents and behind the gauge cluster? The car had this dash in it an one time, we have a picture showing it in it. please help.

Re: help with GSR dash!! (slowdx)
sorry we were kinda in a hurry and jsut made a quick post. we decided to not put the dash in since we didnt have the integra side brackets for it. here is another quick question though, how many plugs are there on teh back of the stock 92 hatch gauges. we found 1 big one and 2 small ones that connect into it, but the fuel gauge, some of teh warning lights, and speedo arent working. any ideas??

Get the GSR Dash Wiring Harness and then your Civic Wiring harness. All wires are the same color except for 2. so cut them all, sauder them back together. i cant remember which 2 didnt match but you will get them as they are on different connectors

LOL dont sauder anything.. you can repin that gray plug that doesnt fit.. you can easily repin the harness with a small pick or something.. much cleaner than cutting the wires..
and if you must cut and paste wires please use solder

Heh, I used the wire harness from a 94 LS and all i did was CUT 2 plug holes off the grey integra plug. Trimming the 2 un-used plugs so the Teg plug would fit into the Civic fuse box got most of it working. The only other thing needed was to tap for some power for the hazard plug, that can be found searching (i don't remember the wires).
I also used the civic dash mounts.

about the plugs on the hatch cluster, i put one from a 93 si into my DX, there were two big plugs (one on each side) and a small yellow plug in the middle
