Take a prybar and stick it through the tie rod and knuckle pulling up so the knuckle goes down and the rod goes up then try breaking the bolt loose. Also drench it in WD or PB.

I'm having the same problem. What about vice grips and a box end wrench?

Rent an electric impact gun from NAPA

The same issue happens with ball joints, the easy way to remove the nut is with an impact gun.

Don't put vise grips no the threads, you'll damage them and the nut will not come off.

Heat on the nut may work too.

they dont like to come off with hand tools...

just get an impact or something with power. itll zip right off. just make sure you removed the cottor pin which looks like you did.

if you dont have power tools, use the pry bar trick. you only need to put pressure on it so it starts to dethread.
