help with fuse box

Default help with fuse box

my front windshield wipers dont work and i looked in my fusebox but i dont know what each fuse is it looks like theres 3 missing? unless theyre supposed to be. i dont have a diagram to what each one is and i dont know really where to look other than that
i ehard theres an underdash fusebox???

anyone have a diagram for an eg hatch fusebox for what each fuse is for?

yeah but i dont know which fuse is which. i checked the one in the engine bay. thats where i see 3 missing unless they arent supposed to be there...
but theres no diagram or ne thing to tell me which one is which. just each fuse has a color and number on it.

i already looked there but me being stupid scimmed past it. and i looked again and found it

the only thing is that it says its for the front windshield wiper motor and washer.

my car sprays the soap and stuff on my window but my windshield wipers wont work. they dont even sound like theyre trying.

The motor could be burnt out, i've seen it happen. If the fuse is ok, i'd check the windshield wiper motor.

i just checked under my dash fuses and theres not even a 14. so im hoping im just missing it and dont have to replace the motor.

nevermind.
i found out its not a blown fuse

so if its a blown / broken windshield wiper motor who should i go to for that? the honda place or a mechanic or who?
