Icon3 Help figure out fuel pump prob. tried everything.

1993 honda civic cx canadian model with a b16y8 motor.

today my friend traded for it and when he turned the car off it wouldnt turn back on so we sat around and tried a few things and finally got it start again who knows what did it.

shut it off again, then it wont start and has been stuck there since..the alarm that kept going off soon pissed us off bc the dude didnt give us the remote so i took its speaker from it! then we took the entire alarm out, every wire. then tried, nothing...realized i didnt hear the fuel pump prime...replaced fuel pump with mine and that didnt work either, so i did the same with my main relay and tried that, nothing...checked every fuse, pulling my hair out nao!

someone has had this happen to them before and thats why i have hope, help get this beloved honda back on the roads of florida!!

It could be the ignition switch. Jiggle the keys and put pressure on the key as you turn it to see if you can hear the fuel pump come on and prime.
My 93 has a worn out ignition switch.

when you removed the alarm did you re-connect the ignition wire from alarm where it splices in?

I'm going back to play with it a little more, when I took the alarm out, I cut the wires where they were wired into but under the column is a little tricky because they really ran way to much wire for an alarm that controls 2 doors an ignition, I'll check everything today and we will solve this! I don't believe I hear the main relay when I turn the ignition, only the door chime

Unplugged main relay and jumped 5 to 7 to see if I can force the pump to prime and it did, replaces the relay and still won't fire
