ok i love this car but its startin to **** me off really bad . the engine started out 2 weeks ago over heating (it would sputter and shack then quit and air was being blown into the over flow tank i talked to a couple of michanics that i know really well and the tould me that i had internaly cracked my head gasket, so we had the head reserfaced and milled, replaced all th gaskets as well as the water pump, sparkplugs, all the belts and so on), now that i got it back to running it lasted 3 days and is now shacking and sputtering again the engin is no longer over heating it stays at normal temp. and dosn't quit however when i take of it sometimes shakes and feels like the gears are sliping having a hard time picking up speed, however somtime it seems to click and drive normal after the take off. do u think my transmission is going out or something?
i could really use the help thank you.

oh and its a '92 honda civic lx with the 4 cylinder 16 valve 1.5 liter engine
