mikhsoj's ep3-05si

i turned my car on today and during its idle, its putting? kinda sounds like its a cylinder misfire or somthing. when im giving it gas, like on the highway, it seems fine, but once im idling, the engine is putting. rpm drops a bit everytime it does so.
im thinking its either the distro cap and rotor thats old? bad plugs? idle sensor? whats going on with my car? someone help please.

can't really tell. it can be numerous amount of things.
could be the things you mention, a sensor could be messing up, or worst case scenerio, internals can be messing up as well.

process of elimination, start with the cheapest part to replace and work up from there.

Your car is probably working on 3 cylinders... I had the same problem. First check the spark plugs then if thats not the problem... you probably need some headwork.
