I have a d15b7 in my civic new dizzy new wires new cap and rotor new plugs and fuel filter and when i push the pedal to the floor it just bogs i have done a fuel pressure test and it was in spec, checked and adjusted timing and the problem still persists. when i give it like 25-50% throttle it doesnt bog as much and i can get the rpm to like 5 grand and thats it but at full throttle it just gets to 4200 like if it had a rev limiter, i cant ever get passed 5000 rpm and the longer the car runs the worst it gets, does anyone know what sensor could cause this? any help is greatly appreciated thanks
