help with diagram

i need to know which piece on there is the cover piece for the interior for the passenger side mirror! i can never understand these diagrams!

It's 12/20. If I remember right from working at the dealership(it's been a while), the clip by itself is #25. One of the numbers is for the interior piece and the other is for the interior piece and the clip. I thing 12 is for the two pieces together. But I'm not sure if I'm right. Like I said it's been a while. Correct me if I'm wrong.
