I really need help here, im about to give up. So i have a 93 del sol si with a d16y8 (used d16y8 core dizzy but guts are z6 since it has two pigtails, using a p28. It was fine for 2yrs since swap up until about two weeks ago, I pulled my Power steering line from the firewall since i finally got everything to put it back and when i started the car it started jumping idle from 1500-2000 very fast and then when i try to give it gas it just boggs out at the 2000rpms. If i turn the ignition off and back on really quick and still keep the gas pedal all the way down it will actually run through rpms all the way to redline. As soon as i let go under 2000rpms it doesnt let me go past again. However if i maintain it above the 2000rpms it will stay. I changed the IAC, cleaned FITV, Map, and TPS and tried another P28 still nothing. CEL is on and throws 4,7,14 i believe it was.( TPS, IAC, MAP) . I was told it could be on LIMP MODE. PLEASE HELP any thoughts.

BUMP anyone any ideas. Check codes again and it's code 7 and 14 so tps and iac

If you reset the ECU, do those codes 7 and 14 return?

Yes immediately after i turn it on the CEL turns back on and same codes.

What color wires do you see in the TPS connector and IACV connector?

Does voltage reach both connectors with the key in ON(II)?

Since you said you pulled your power steering line from the firewall. You might want to check all the vacumn line to make sure that you did not accidently disconnect them.
