help deciding paint job!
ok i originally planned to paint my 96 hatch milano red... im going with a whole 99-00 si conversion: bumper, grill, hood, headlights, fenders, interior, climate control, wheels, and so the paint would have to be one of the three colors from those two years. black or red would be clean, but now im thinking it might be a little too subtle. since most people will only see my car passing by, theyll probably just mistake for a normal 99-00 hatch. but im thinking if i paint it electron blue it might turn a few more heads and people would appreciate it more. i also got a hold of the ctr red carpet and im debating if i should install it or if it would mess up the whole Si theme and if it would look good in a blue car. what are your guys personal opinions? thanks for your help!

it may be a good thing if you dont catch too much attention. im sure there are many people on HT that would be pleased to have less attention. that means less people wanting to steal your car. but then again why do we spend all this money on our cars? basically comes down to attention

i agree with the civic hybrid green man! but sometimes it looks blue also. i cant get the number anywhere.(site, online) and im too lazy to go to the dealer.

its a pain in the *** to paint a whole car a different color look at my thread, Im still not 100% done but ran out of money to finish so its gonna have to wait anther week or so.

where are you getting this job done at? i can refer you a place that does EXCELLENT work for a great price. you cannot even tell which parts have been painted on my car. i've been there twice and they never cease to amaze me. they've been in the scene for a while and in a couple of magazines back in the days. let me know, i'll give you the address.
