Default HELP: D16Y7

my engine D16Y7 was broken down. I searched for D16Y7, but I couldn't find anything. I don't want to make tuning. but if, for example, D16Y7 - 105hp cost is equal D15B -130hp cost, of course D15B will be preferably.
What model of engine will be the most easiest to put on my car ? I've got honda civic-6 coupe.
unfortuntly US is so far away from me. japan is closer to us, but D16 engines very difficult to find there. we have a lot of D15 and ZC engines. D16A is very expensive - 1400$. It seems to me that it would be cheaper to setup a japan engine on my civic-coupe-6. What could you tell me about D15B engine ?
