help d16 wont start

Default help d16 wont start
I currentyly replaced a clutch and a headgasket in a 95 si with the d16z6 motor. everything has been hooked back up except the driver axle and the 2 shiftlinkage bars that connect the rear of the motor. There seams to be not to muych gas in the car , nor is there readiator fluid or gear oil. Would any of the problems ijsut stated cause it to not start or is there something beyond that i need to look for?

does it at least try to turn over or does nothing happen when u turn the key. need a little more info.

hard to start the motor after parking it etc.? help me out! it hesitates to start up, with clucking
