Default Help Codes PO730 & PO740

I was out today in my 01 civic ex and my check engine light came on, then off, then on, then off. It did this a few times then decided to just stay on. I could only drive about 30 mph and it had a constant chugging noise and feel, to the car. I got the following codes PO730 (tran shift error) & PO740 (trans torque converter circuit failure). I was told that I might need to change the torque converter and/or throttle body or even a new transmission, yikes!!

Can anyone help me and tell me if they had the same problem (what was the fix)or what might be the problem???

Thanks,
