Default HELP! Clutch wont fully disengage!

94 honda civic dx with d15b2 engine.
clutch wont fully disengage with the pedal fully depressed. Ive bled it 100x but nothing changes. As soon as you lift your toe from the pedal, the clutch grabs hard. Brand new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing, slave cylinder, master cylinder, steel braided clutch line, THE WHOLE CLUTCH SYSTEM! Again, i bled it 100x, i spent 9 hours just bleeding it. Ive done 4 difference ways of bleeding the system.

I would think that bleeding it once and spending under 15 minutes would be sufficient if you did it right. Did you check over everything was installed correctly ...fork, slave, bearing? Correct parts and disk alignment?
