help with clutch

96 civic b20b bottom with gsr head and 97 del sol trans. what type of clutch should I buy? and do I have to replace fly wheel too?

Re: help with clutch

Resurface flywheel. Get an OEM replacement clutch like Exedy. You aren't pushing enough torque to warrant anything beefier.

Re: help with clutch

^sounds like you need to bleed/check/fix the hydraulics and/or adjust the master cylinder.

It might be a clutch. But likely not. More likely a hyrdraulic problem since you're having an issue DISengaging the clutch.

Check if there's any fluid in your clutch master cylinder.

How about instead of buying random fucking parts, you take 15 minutes to try to figure out what the problem is?

Re: help with clutch

Well I see some fluid on clutch pedal in cabin, n I do not have a garage n it below zero. I'll start with hydro first

Ya know, that's cute and all, but why are you even here if you're just going to throw random parts at it, no matter what we say?

Just taking b _ serious advice. If I have to put a clutch in I'll have the Trans rebuilt too then the whole system will be new

Why not

Re: help with clutch

Is there something wrong with the trans? An incorrectly done rebuild can cause problems. If its in good shape...leave it alone.
