Help clean
 
Just bought an intake manifold off someone but its really messy (the outise) anyone got suggestions on making it a bit cleaner? Thanks

OR if you have access to a sandblaster that always works well but break clean it first just incase there is extra gas buildup in the ports. You dont want sillica sand in your engine. If you dont have a blaster then engine degreaser. BUt i do think they sell small canister sand blasters at home depot. then the sand you can use you can just go to a pool store and use filter sand thats how i did my Strut tower bar mounts and one of my valve covers.

engine degrease hose it off and let it dry:)

i would get or use some bodys high power' power washer and spray some engine cleaner..like gunk and let it sit for 15 min then power wash...it will come off..U need a power washer tho like the ones that come with tips to make it spray harder psi s

All of those will work work good sand blaster would be best though. I would go grab a cheep one you might find you want clean other parts
