help with civic spec

hi guys i want to buy some stuff for my civic in the states(im from australia) but the model names(eg cx, dx etc) r different to what we have here in oz.
i have an 96-98 honda civic
hatchback
d16y4(sohc non vtec)
front and rear disc brakes
is this a dx?

why the hell would u want to but some chitty chit from america when u could get stuff from japan?

As far as the OP, I'm not really too sure what model you have. Sorry, I'm from the States. What are your goals for your car? If speed is what you want, you could look into a motor swap, forced induction, etc. Check here:
