With engine cold o2 should measure 0.1 to 0.2 volts, within two minutes it should be around 0.1 - 0.9 fluctuating...
{To check voltage probe the sensore white ( terminal B) }

Measure resistance of terminals C and D , it should be 10- 40 ohms

C and D should be the black wires. And make sure to disconnect the O2 sensor from the main harness when making this resistance measurement.
