Ok..I have a 92 honda civic hatch si it has 96,xxx miles

Sometimes the starter or whatever will just keep spinning or like something isnt catching..then some times it will start...like i can just keep the key turned all the way and the starter is trying to start but it just wont sometimes...then if i wait like 10 minutes it will start...recently i got new plugs [ngk],[distributor].[fuel filter] etc

What do you guys think it could be????

Umm, if you think its your starter then it probably is

Replace your starter and see if that helps.
