Default HELP! Car wont start.

Hey I'm new to Honda-Tech and I need some help. On my way to work one morning I pulled out of my street like i normally do and after I put it in 2nd gear (doing maybe 20mph) my car just dies. I try to start it and I get nothing. At first I thought maybe its my battery, but then I realized my radio still works and headlights are still on. Second guess was the starter. A couple of my friends tell me it sounds like a starter problem and they still think that. My uncle (master tech) looked at it today and told me that my timing is off. He said it can be adjusted and the car should run again. What do you guys think?

ur car would be the starter if it was while u where driving.. that would be the battery or the alternator.. check the timing and see then..

So your saying it cant be my starter because my motor died while I was driving. If I was driving and my timing jumped does that mess up the head?

if the car has over 75k miles on it, it could be the ignitor or ignition coil that went bad.

I had car checked out today and conclusion is my timing jumped, we adjusted the timing and car will now start, but it smokes really bad. Need new head, or rebuild the one im running. Couple of bent valves.
