Default HELP! car problems!

ok guys so here the story! i hadnt drove my car for about 1 week or so because spark plugs wires were bad, i also changed the throttle body back to stock one from obx. car idled at 2000 rpm, so i just put the obx throttle body back. Started the car and everything was good. i also changed the thermostat to a 160 degree one. I didnt have money so i just borrowed my friends s/p wires, cheap ebay stuff, but i had no choice The car probably had about half rad. fluid left in it and i put some water in it. I also took my carbon fiber muffler off and put a stock one on. Jumped in the car put $20 in gas, it was just about full. Drove about 6 miles and the car felt perfect, even better than before. On the way home i jumped on the freeway, wanted to feel my baby pull, so i drop from third to second and smash, i didnt feel the car pullin as much as it was before, seemed like forever to hit 8k, and as soon as i did i shifted, never happened to me before but it grinded, so i let off for a sec, then tired again, and it went it, as soon as it did the car stuttered so i turned it off. When i went to turn it back on it wouldnt? It sounded like if it wasnt gettin gas, but we checked it and it was. Anyone have any idea what it could be, spark plugs seemed to be alright, they were brown, but in the haynes acura manual it says thats normal for them, so im pretty clueless, if anyone could help i would really appriciate it!

they sell a spark tester at any auto parts store , or you can take out the plug ,with the plug out of the car plug it into the wire and lean it down (dont hold it ) and watch to see if it sparks

sometimes it can be little things like a glogged breather or a pcv valve or just might have water in the tank if it seems like its lacking on fuel
