one slow coupe

Its a 99 si using the stcok computer. I put in a obd2 gsr motor in today, hooked everything up good. starts fine. idle is fine right at about 800 rpm. check engine light is on. when you go to rev it when it gets to about 3,000 rpm it starts choking and gets really rough, wont rev past 4ish, then stalls out. You go to turn the motor over and ity cranks but its it barelly starts then shuts off the second it fires up. Go to start it again and the thing just cranks over and wont start. If you let it set for about a minute or so. you can start it up and let it idle.

The motor idles perfectly and you can let it sit there and it will finally stall out after acouple of mins of idle.

Hooked it up to a scanor and it came up with a knock sensor code and the idle air control valve code. But all that **** is hooked up so i dunno, unless those sensors are bad.

Anyone ever have this similar problem ? what could be the cause.. If its not clear just ask and i'll try to clearify

What codes is it throwing?

it was the knock sensor code and the air idle code?

Is it possible that those two sensors are bad on the gsr motor?
