This happened to my Coupe last year. What happens is, there's a tube that's supposed to leak that water inside the engine bay, and one of my passengers knocked it off the AC box (most likely with their foot since it's that close), and it was leaking inside the car.
I'd check to see if that happened to you.

Man, this same thing happened to me , I dont know how it could have happened though. I had those same watery puddles forming too and I was like WTF....random.
There is a little hose down there that you should be able to see and stick through a hole in the fire wall. A friend fixed mine for me he was able to do it with no tools. Just found the darn hose thing that takes the access condesnation and dumps out of the car past the firewall. that is why u usually have a puddle of water when running your AC and having the car for awhile, alot of people dont know that. But ya I hope this helps, its no major problem you should be able to fix it yourself if its the same case I had. Just get down in there and try to look up and around for any nozzle or hose thing and stick it through a hole where its supposed to go, no pun intended.
