sticking throttle

i have a ej with a dx with a z6 swap my throttle is sticking at the coil spring on the manifold when i let off it doesnt return all the way to normal position any ideas?

Clean it carburetor cleaner and make sure the throttle cable has as much as 1/2" of slack.

Clean the entire throttle body with carburetor cleaner. Does the cable have slack?
