dont do it unless you are getting the kit with the monster yummy aluminum calipers.
the cheap but effective way to better brake feel/fade resistance is GSR front knuckles and ITR calipers over ITR factory/brembo rotors. no joke.
plus you can run smaller lighter wheels (15") with sticky yet less expensive tires with much better and much more tire selection in the 15" size.

For customers with high horsepower applications or who want the ultimate in clamping power, AEM offers Four Piston Brake Calipers in conjunction with its Big Rotor Replacement Kit. These calipers are the same design as ones used on Porsches and feature a larger pad area that provides greater stopping power. Additionally, the caliper’s four-piston design allows for repeated pedal application with minimal fade or decrease in braking efficiency. Each application is designed so that the AEM caliper’s piston area is similar to the stock caliper’s piston area to maintain O.E. pedal travel. yuck , and your not fitting 16's , some balla type dude has em aroud town and his 17's wouldnt fit
and the 150 dollar AEM pads are total garbage

I ran the Fastbrakes ITR spec brakes and re-drilled rotors on my 99 Si. Worked great on the track and auto-x. Plus I used the stock 15" rims and had my picK of ITR brake pads.
Now in my CX I'm running the Wilwood dynalite kit (2.5 lbs vs about 10 lbs stock)with 2 piece 11" rotor from Fastbrakes. It fits under my Volk CE28n 15x7 rims and my Rota Circuit 8 15x6.5 rims. No spacer, no grinding/sanding. It's the Superlite II (4.5 lbs) caliper that people are having problems with.

man....those things are a lot less than the other kits out there! Thanks guys for all the info! I noticed they make a rear kit too...i will have to convert my car from drums to disk in the back....how hard is that?? its going on a 97 hatch....
