Default help bought shell with blown motor... PICTURES INSIDE

so i picked up a coupe shell(eg)... i started taking the motor apart to see what happened for ***** and giggles and i found this.

i took out the fuel filter, injectors, fuel rail and it all looked pretty clean... im worried that someone put sugar in the gas tank or soemthing... i already have another motor to drop in but i dont want it to be ruined if the gas system is bad..

or could it just be junk from over heating.. cuz all the plastics on the sides were melted... any help would be appreciated... ive never seen a motor look like this before

resize your pictures/make them clearer I can't see ****, it's way to hard to concentrate with the blur

I doubt you have a problem with the fuel system.. Id say if the plastics were over heated the motor is deff garbaged now, swap it out!! way to much time and money to fix that one

sorry i cant do anything with the pcitures. dont know how to resize...

i already have a new motor to put it... but i dont want it to be something that will ruin the new one either..

look at the stuff thats in the exhaust ports.. could that just be plastics melted??? but some stuff looks like a clear jelly and other parts look like sugar crystals..

In that case flush out the fuel lines and drop the tank and get it cleaned.

you can always drain the gastank if ur really worried.
there IS a drainage bolt..

never tried it personally, but it's worth doing I suppose.

open the pic in ms paint (right click / open with / paint (or select from menu) press ctrl W or goto image - stretch/skew change horizontal to 50% and vertical to 50%. save. rehost.... if there are still to big, do it again. thats how i do it, its quick and simple.
