How do you know you have a bent valve?
If you know its bent...buy a helms manual http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage.asp?r=
And then remove and disassemble your head, and replace the bent valve with one that isnt bent

its not a simple drop in job, you must make sure it is lined up perfectly and seats well, typically you would have a machine shop modify the head for a perfect seal if nec.
