Default Help with b16a2 swap

Hi everyone, i am finishing up a project of mine and have seem to caught some issues. Heres the info.

1996 Civic DX coupe Automatic D16y7
B16A2 engine and tranny swap
P2t ecu, 1998 civic EX vtec wiring harness
OBD2a to OBD2B jumper harness
Auto to Manual conversion

Now my few issues are that when i Turn the car ON, not starting it, my horn is laying on. Im thinking its possibly from my wiring job on the manual conversion. Maybe i did something wrong and my car is letting me know. Not really sure what its all about. Any ideas on what you guys think is wrong? or if i should just take the horn out all together?

Second issues is the engine wont start. It cranks like it wants to start but wont fire up. Il checked my pump to make sure i was getting fuel and i am. I also checked the timing on cam gears and dizzy and everything is lined up. The spark plug wires are also in the correct firing order.
I still need to check my plug wires to make sure im getting good spark.other than that im not to sure what my issue could be.

Im thinking maybe it has something to do with my wire harness or ecu jumper perhaps. any ideas or suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated.

thanks all.

Did you pressure test your fuel, or did you just hear it and assume it's working? Did you replace your injectors with the proper size? Y7 injectors are too small for the B16. Do a compression test, and check your spark color.

As for the horn, you shouldn't have needed to touch the horn wiring for a manual conversion. Trace all of your horn wires, check the horn relay, and test your signal wire off the steering wheel.

There all b16 injectors not y7. I still need to check spark and compression on in.

I took the pump off the fuel rail and turned the car on to make sure fuel was coming out of it. It was coming out so my pump was working.
Haven't checked fuel pressure either I'm going to try to do that tomorrow.

For the manual conversion I know I didn't mess with any wires with my horn just didn't know what was really up. I've checked the wires to the horn that run to the fuse box and unplugged it but it turned off a few other things not just the horn. Been trying to find the relay under the dash but can't locate it

I checked the spark and it was an orange color. I know that's not the correct color as I'm looking for a bright white. What steps should I follow to correct this issue? New coil or new dizzy all together just to skip any other possible problems.

The spark plugs and plug wires are both brand new also
