Default HELP!! B16A2 Oil Pressure Switch/Sensor Q's

Well.. i just picked up an Ek hatch with the B16a2 swap in it. The guy i bought it from did a lazy swap. My wires to the OPS are ripped off and now my idle goes up and down slowly between 1k & 1.5k. Don't those wires attach to the whole engine harness?? Or how would I replace the adapter that plugs onto the OPS(green)?? Would i need to get a whole new engine harness??

you see the red and green wires comin out the adapter?? well my wires are torn right off at the very end of the adapter. Dont kno what to do!! HELP ME OUT FELLOW HT MEMBERS!!

get a new plug from another harness, cut and solder it on and roll. btw that should not affect the idle, just the vtec function.

Does it matter what harness or does it have to be B16a2??

no, honda used that style plug for a couple of things on the engine harness for multiple chassis and engines like the evap purge valve, vtec oil press sens, iat sens, etc... just cut yours off, tape up the wires seperate to avoid shorting anything out, go to the salvage yard find a plug and compare/make sure its the same style, cut it off with a bit of extra wire, pocket it or pay for it, go home and solder and heat shrink the new plug on to your harness and go raise hell
