HELP!!! B16A2 - B16A Gen II Swap----- Starting PROBLEMS!!
I have a 00 civic si that I recently dropped the #3 cylinder in... bought a B16A Gen II (OBD I) to put in... p28 ecu, converted and chipped, and obd IIb - obd I conversion harness. Now when i try to crank it tries to run for a second or two then dies. Checked timing 3 times it's fine fuel seems normal no CEL? Any suggestions???

I have a similar problem. Although mine may involve more than yours. I'm trying to run the P2T, stock 00 Si ECU, on 310 cc injectors. I'm changing the spark plugs soon to see if they are making the problem. Passing emissions in GA is a bitch.

The ecu is obdII. it'll run, but like crap and u can forget passing emissions, glad I live next door in bama, don't have to worry bout it.
