the car never gave me problem until yesterday i tried starting it and it was cranking over until it gave up cranking and went into a high whinning pitch noise first of all i checked all my fuses (checked) made sure fuel pump was priming (checked) made sure i also had a good spark and it came out good and strong (checked) and i also replace the dizzy for a new one with a new cap and nothing still it just keeps whinning everytime i tried to start it like if their isnt no compression on the motor i also checked my grounds and their all strong built in the motor idk if my timing is off but im going to post pics as much as possible and give you guys details the starter is also good the flywheel is spinning and the crank turns over

your timing belt does appear to have bit of slack but thats another problem. The problem you are having is that for some reason your starter is not engaging the flywheel to turn the motor. Remove and check the wire that goes to the starter solenoid.

@jdmadam the starter is spinning the flywheel making the whole crank turn so as the timing belt
@datblackef9 thats what my guy keeps telling me but i suck when it come to doing timing i usually have my friend do it for me but he's out of town

why would you continually crank the motor, trying to get it to start, when your timing could be off? imo get timing and tension right first, then mess with starter
