Soooo, I just put on my ITR intake manifold, and my car seems to want to idle at 3,000. Hah, but ya, from what Ive heard is that I have a vacumn leak somewhere. I made sure all the hoses were in the right spot and were connect properly. My main question is the throttle body gasket. Im still using the B16 throttle body so should I use the B16 throttle body gasket? Right now I think I have the ITR gasket. It looks to be a little shorter then the B16 and doesnt cover the whole throttle body. Its really hard to explain what im talking about. Also, would a Del Sol vtec (B16A3) throttle body gasket fit the japanese second gen b16's? Thanks in advance!

is it OBD1 TB? i think the OBD1 TB has two hole on the inlet and the the manifold will only allow one.. double check that...my cousin had a 96 gsr mani with 95 tb and it wont idle

make sure that you dont have your map sensor and your throttle position sensor plugged in backwards they look the same but they are diff

nope, im sure i have them in right. I never even unplugged anything. I just need to know if the del sol (b16A3) throttle body gasket will work for a jdm 2nd gen b16?

i had the same problem, every time you switch a thing that controls air coming into your engine, the idle ***** up. i just left the type r gaskets on, with a spoon throttle body, but i had the hondata play with the idle.

and yes that gasket will work.
