HELP ASAP : 97 civic best obd2 02 simulator?

so i must purchase an 02 senser simulator for my car to pass inspection as i dont feel like jerking around with the repair shop all the time for the test pipe. its a 97 civic with d16y7 stock ecu. should i use an extender type one, or an electrical type. please let me know asap so i can order it.

You should get a replacement cat or put the stock one back on because there is absolutely no performance gain on a Y7, you will proabably gain more low end torque with a cat.
