speedline r32

i have a B20b/b16 head conversion................now there are a few problems.

the problems:

1.Redline is 7500rpm
2.vtec not engaging, we checked to solenoid and thats working ( so we not sure y vtec not engaging bcaz the speed sensor also work)

3.Whenever its in third gear and throttle is fully depressed, check light comes on ! (we have to turn the car off & restart it, to clear the light)

i jus got the car & need to have these issues resolved
NEED TO KNOW THE POSSIBLE CAUSES ASAP !

what ecu you running?

well first and foremost all the stickers that indicate the type of computer in the car hav been removed

anyways we tried another ecu....no vtec

wen the car is off, we manually triggered the solenoid, and it opened
but whenever the car is on(throttling) it does not open when we trigger it

also tried a type r solenoid same thing.......
we also tried cleaning the solenoid

no result

check oil pressure, and it was fine
we even changed the oil

tested the wires in the loom for continuity, it also was fine

you are going to need a ecu that you know is the right one. you could get a p28 but you would need to get it tuned.
