I have a 96 ex and i put a b16a obd1 motor in it. It will crank but wont start. Checked fuses and that i have power to everything and that everything is plugged in. I have power to dist. but getting no fuel pressure or spark? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the G101 ground on the thermostat housing clean and tight?

Also double check fuses 44 and 13.

Any CEL codes?

One last thing is my CEL doesnt come on at all even when i turn the key on before i crank the engine.

May be a bad ecu. Make sure your main relay is good and sending power to your ecu and fuel pump.

Remove the cluster to see whether the CEL bulb was removed or has burned out.
