Icon2 Help with 93 dx hatch rear disc conversion

I have the trailing arms off of a del sol si but all the bushings are shot. I read a few places say I can swap the hub to my drum brake trailing arms. Is this true? what e brake cables do I use? Also running the del sol si master cylinder. Should I upgrade it and which proportioning valve? Any help will be appreciated.

Try checking in FAQ for brake conversions they have all of this covered although it can be tricky to figure out! Goodluck!

Energy Suspension bushings are relatively inexpensive and easy to change. I did mine in an afternoon. Many people do not like the squeaking issue usually attributed to poly urethane bushings. I personally have had mine on my car for over a year and don't even notice any squeaking. Though, that may be from my overly loud exhaust.

Replace the bushings - this is the best solution. Something you should do anyway since the arms are off the car. If you don't want to spring for OEM there are aftermarket rubber ones made. Look on rockauto.com. Prices are affordable.

If you're really cheap ... knock the bushings out of the drum trailing arms and put em on the discs. Not advisable though. You're better off with replacements anyway.

IIRC you can use 99 si e brake lines or 94-01 integra e brake lines

Yes you can swap spindles, but those torx bolts are such a pain in the *** I'd replace the bushings. Also, '92 - '95 Si cables are the perfect fit, you can use the others but if you're buying new you might as well get the right ones.

Should I upgrade the MC? I plan on getting the ex/si knuckles too.
