HELP!!! 93 del sol si turns on but dies
 

Here is the deal I was putting back the alternator and I was pushing it to get tension on the belt and I was using a pry bar, but I accidentally pushed against that hose that is beside the alternator which goes to the back of the engine and it kinda ripped the hose. Ever since then i could hear a "hissing" sound from the engine when it was running, but the engine was idling kinda funny, but the car was running for a few days. That hose according to majestic honda is called "HOSE, ELECTRONIC AIR CONTROL VALVE OUTLET". So now the car cranks and starts but dies right away. never mind i took out that hose and it turned out to be a coolant hose. so what could be causing this problem?

i tried to see if i could pull any check engine codes by jumping the two pins with a paper clip. when i turn the key to "ON" the engine stays on and never goes off and if i remove the paper clip the check engine light goes off. what gives?? the check engine light was on the day before.
